Dostawy na teren siedziby Spółki ul. Andersa 40 Wałbrzych. Zamawiający dopuszcza zakup większej ilości , niż w Zapytaniu. Na wniosek Zamawiającego-Dostawca dostarczy dokumenty /certyfikaty, atesty,specyfikacje/ dopuszczające do obrotu i stosowania na terenie Polski. . Koszty transportu ponosi Sprzedawca. Dopuszczeni tylko wykonawcy nie podlegający wykluczeniu wg. art.7 ust. 1 ustawy o szczególnych rozwiązaniach w zakresie przeciwdziałania wspieraniu agresji na Ukrainę oraz służących ochronie bezpieczeństwa narodowego (Dz. U. z 2022 poz. 835; zwana ustawą UOBN ).
