Dostawa materiałów hydraulicznych PCV dla Pogotowia Technicznego. Dostawy sukcesywne na wniosek zamawiającego - na teren siedziby Spółki ul. Andersa 40 Wałbrzych. Wszystkie kształtki i rury muszą być w komplecie z uszczelkami. Dostawca razem z towarem dostarczy dokumenty /certyfikaty, atesty,specyfikacje/ dopuszczające do obrotu i stosowania na terenie Polski. Koszty dostawy ponosi Dostawca. Kupujący dopuszcza zakup większej ilości towaru niż podany w zamówieniu. Dopuszczeni tylko wykonawcy nie podlegający wykluczeniu wg. art.7 ust. 1 ustawy o szczególnych rozwiązaniach w zakresie przeciwdziałania wspieraniu agresji na Ukrainę oraz służących ochronie bezpieczeństwa narodowego (Dz. U. z 2022 poz. 835; zwana ustawą UOBN ).
