Przedmiotem zapytania jest dostawa artykułów elektrycznych w/g załącznika. Dostawa realizowana w terminie 5 dni roboczych od dnia zamówienia na koszt dostawcy. Zamawiający dopuszcza zakup większej ilości niż w Zapytaniu. Dopuszczeni tylko wykonawcy nie podlegający wykluczeniu wg. art.7 ust. 1 ustawy o szczególnych rozwiązaniach w zakresie przeciwdziałania wspieraniu agresji na Ukrainę oraz służących ochronie bezpieczeństwa narodowego (Dz. U. z 2022 poz. 835; zwana ustawą UOBN ).
