Czas obowiązywania oferty- 90 dni. Dopuszczeni tylko wykonawcy nie podlegający wykluczeniu wg. art.7 ust. 1 ustawy o szczególnych rozwiązaniach w zakresie przeciwdziałania wspieraniu agresji na Ukrainę oraz służących ochronie bezpieczeństwa narodowego (Dz. U. z 2022 poz. 835; zwana ustawą UOBN ).
